2. Personalised Products

  • Many of our items are personalised to your specifications. Please ensure details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors made by the customer.

  • Due to their bespoke nature, personalised products are exempt from the standard 14-day return period under UK law. See our Refund Policy for more information.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£). If applicable, VAT is included in the displayed price.

  • We accept payment via Shopify’s secure checkout system.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third parties.

  • Currently, we only ship within the UK.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our products are personalised, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or no longer want the item.
