We retain customer information for a period of up to two years following the date of the most recent order. If no further activity occurs within this timeframe, all associated personal data will be securely deleted from our systems.
Please note that certain information may be retained beyond this period where it is necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. In such cases, information will only be kept for as long as required for those purposes.
