Refund policy

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind or no longer want the item. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we cannot resell personalised goods to another customer.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to put things right by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

To report an issue, please email us at enquiries@giftsandgarments.com with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
