Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase. Each item is personalised to order, and we’ll always do our best to ensure it is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

All parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. This service usually delivers within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch, and includes full tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods (such as Christmas) or unforeseen postal delays.

• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

• At present, we ship within the UK only.
